The Algerian Higher School of Business is a public, non-profit higher education institution of excellence. Specializing in the field of business, it was born from an intergovernmental partnership between Algeria and France.
- ESAA benefits from the support of a strong French educational consortium including: Université Lille and Audencia Business School. These partners provide the school with their faculty and educational program.
ESAA mainly offers educational programs in Bachelor’s degrees (in Management Sciences and General Management) and Master’s degrees, work-study programs (MBA and Executive MBA) and tailor-made programs as part of continuing education.
The specialties available at ESAA are:

- Corporate Finance and Treasury
- TAGE Post Bac. A test assessing candidates’ logical, computational and verbal skills. The test is fair to all candidates, regardless of their field of study, and does not require any knowledge in any field.
- ESAA French Language Test: This is a French language assessment test (written comprehension and production);
- Oral interview: with a jury composed of professors to assess personality and professional project.
The Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences is awarded by a diploma issued by the University of Lille, recognized by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The Bachelor’s degree 3 in Management Sciences is open to BAC+2 students who have completed their second year of studies in one of the fields of management, accounting, marketing, commerce, banking or finance.
The TAGE MAGE:
The TAGE MAGE is a test for the selection of candidates wishing to pursue management studies, in initial training (bac+3 / bac+4).
It is presented in the form of a multiple-choice questionnaire in order to measure the verbal, calculation and logical skills of the candidates. Thus, whatever the original training (literary, economic, scientific, etc.), the same chances of success will be guaranteed for all candidates.
The test consists of ninety questions divided into six tests. Each test contains fifteen questions for which five answers are proposed, of which only one is correct. The duration of the test tests is two hours.

The 3rd year Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences is awarded by a diploma issued by the University of Lille, recognized by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

In addition to the university level (Bac +3/+4), a minimum of five (05) years including managerial experience is required to access the MBA. The EMBA requires eight (08) years of professional experience and five (05) years of managerial responsibilities (hierarchical, project or functional).
Since professional Masters are reserved for people who are still working, their timetable is designed to allow for alternation between studies and work. Classes therefore take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
