A program that develops the transversal skills necessary for management functions
The ESAA Master in Management Sciences is a second cycle program in the LMD system, full-time over two years, including a minimum of two internships in a company.
Students acquire knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills essential for life in a company and develop analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
Program Strengths

A very active student life allowing students to flourish, promoting good living together, associative projects, student clubs, sports infrastructure and various activities.
During their training at ESAA, students must complete internships in companies; an internship in Master 1 (3 months) and one in Master 2 (3 to 6 months).
The teaching is based on active participatory methods through real business case studies, group work and projects, with the aim of accelerating their professional integration.
Program
The program takes place in two parts:
- A teaching part allowing students to master the principles, techniques and tools specific to the disciplines studied in the specialty chosen from the three offered at ESAA: Company finance and treasury, Accounting, Control & ; Audit, International Distributor Marketing.
- An internship in a company and the preparation of a final dissertation. The validation of the diploma is sanctioned by the defense of the end-of-studies project.
Admission procedure and conditions
Age limit for access: 26 years old.
The Master in Management Sciences is accessible to students holding a License (BAC+3), a state engineering degree, or the equivalence of a foreign diploma (obtained from the Ministry of Higher Education and of Algerian Scientific Research).
The program admission competition takes place in four stages:
File study to be submitted online on the admissions platform accessible on the ESAA website.
TAGE MAGE Test: A test of verbal skills, problem solving and logical reasoning
ESAA French Test: a French language assessment test (comprehension and written production).
Oral Interview: after validation of the file, the candidate is invited to undergo an interview with a jury whose objective is to assess the motivation to pursue studies at ESAA.
